30 minutes of cardio a day, with some strength training

Could be a brisk walk around the neighboorhood, gym, bike ride, whatever you want! Park further away and walk & always take the stairs!

Avoid items that say fat-free and sugar free, often times they have more calories or chemicals. Avoid sweeteners, use real sugar!

Eat 3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables

Try fruit smoothies for a snack, you can add a little ice cream or a little whipped cream to make it sweeter!
