Egg omlet: Make sure you have that egg white liquid stuff. It's easier than cracking eggs.

Make sure you have her favorite toppings: olives, ham, peppers, mushrooms, and salsa on the side. I won't eat it without the salsa!

Waffles: Buy a brand that is gluten free from Whole Foods. (Just in case.)

Even if she isn't gluten intolerant, she'll think you were thoughtful! Put then in the toaster, add banannas or berries and Nutella!

Huevos Rancheros: Make your own salsa, or buy a jar of your favorite salsa.

Add it to the sunny side up eggs. Serve with refried beans and corn tortillas.

Machaca: You just need shreded beef and real eggs. Don't forget to add white onions, and a jar of...

Salsa verde or tomatillo salsa from Trader Joe's. If she's Mexican, buy two jars: 1 and a half for her and half for you!

French Toast: If she's lactose intollerant use soymilk. Don't use butter! She can pour the syrup.

Don't forget the cinammon and vanilla extract. Unless you are using french brioche bread, toast the bread first, before dipping it.
