Egg omlet: Make sure you have that egg white liquid stuff. It's easier than cracking eggs.
Make sure you have her favorite toppings: olives, ham, peppers, mushrooms, and salsa on the side. I won't eat it without the salsa!
Waffles: Buy a brand that is gluten free from Whole Foods. (Just in case.)
