The Quick Option

Even when you don't have time to make a hot breakfast, you can still sit down to a bowl of yogurt, granola and fruit for vitamins and fiber.

The "Full English"

Use a nonstick pan and cooking spray to make two sunny-side up eggs, accompanied by turkey sausage and whole wheat toast.

For Cold Days

Cold days are just asking for it: oatmeal will keep you warm and full all morning. Make it with milk for calcium and top with fruit.
