Red meat has cholesterol and fat yes, but, lean red meat is a great source of protein. It has vitamins that can aid muscle growth!

Milk

Milk is a good source of calcium, minerals, vitamins and proteins (casein).

Eggs (preferably egg whites, they have no yolks)
